Immotech takes privacy very seriously and strictly adheres to this privacy policy in an effort to protect the privacy of each of its users. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.
What this Privacy Policy Covers
This policy covers how Immotech treats personal information that Immotech collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Immotech products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
This policy also covers Immotech's treatment of any personally identifiable information that Immotech's business partners share with Immotech.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Immotech does not own or control, or to people that Immotech does not employ or manage.
Information Collection and Use
General
Immotech collects personally identifiable information when you register for a Immotech account, when you use Immotech products or services, when you visit Immotech pages and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. Immotech may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners or other companies.
In some cases when accessing a service you need to register with Immotech, we ask for your name, mailing address, e-mail address, postal code, general demographic information and information relevant to the service for which you are registering. For some financial products and services, we may also ask for information about your assets and expenditures. Once you register with Immotech and sign in to our products and services, you are no longer anonymous to us.
Immotech also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, Immotech cookie information and the pages you requested.
Immotech uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Immotech does not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Immotech's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
If Immotech is acquired by or merged with another company, we may transfer information about you. In this event, Immotech will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Immotech displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad-serving companies) may assume that people, who interact with, view or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria - for example, men ages 25-30 who are buying a property within the next three months.
Immotech does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.
Immotech may share aggregate or summary information regarding its customers with partners, advertisers, and other third parties.
Immotech will not share individual customer information with any partners, advertisers or other third parties, for any reason, without explicit permission from the customer or in accordance with the Co-Branding partnership outlined below.
Certain information, such as credit card numbers and expiration dates, is never disclosed to marketing advertisers.
Network Advertisers Third-Party Ad Servers
Use of Third-Party Ad Servers
Immotech sends to your Web browser most of the advertisements you see when you use one of our Immotech Web site. However, we may also allow other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within our Web pages.
Because your Web browser must request these advertising banners from the ad network Web site, these companies can send their own cookies to your cookie file, just as if you had requested a Web page from the site.
Please note that if an advertiser asks Immotech to show an advertisement to a certain audience (for example, people getting ready to buy a home in the next month) and you respond to that ad, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach.
Opting Out of Third-Party Ad Servers
If you want to prevent a third-party ad server from sending and reading cookies on your computer, currently you must visit each ad network's Web site individually and opt out (if they offer this capability).
Currently, Immotech does not have any relationships with third-party ad networks. Should Immotech enter into a relationship with a third-party ad network, this section will be updated.
Co-Branding Partnerships
If you are signing up with Immotech from a co-branded partner Web site, Immotech may share some of your personally identifiable information with that specific partner in order to enhance your online experience and offer you unique, integrated services.
This information may include any of the information that Immotech collects from you, with the exception of credit card numbers and expiration dates.
Any such third-party partner's use of your personal information shall be subject to that party's privacy policies and other applicable policies, and we assume no responsibility or liability for these third-party policies or their actions.

Web Beacons
Web pages may contain electronic images (called a "single-pixel GIF" or "Web beacon") that allow a Web site to count users who have visited that page or to access certain cookies. Immotech uses Web beacons in the following ways:
Within the Immotech Network - Immotech uses SPGs within the Immotech network of Web sites in order to count users and to recognize registered users by accessing Immotech cookies.
HTML Mail - Immotech's practice is to include SPGs in HTML-formatted e-mail messages (messages that include graphics) that Immotech itself sends in order to count how many messages have been opened and whether a message was acted upon.
Outside the Immotech Network - In general, any electronic image viewed as part of a Web page, including an ad banner, can act as an SPG. Advertising networks that serve ads onto Immotech may use SPGs in their advertisements. Immotech is not responsible for any other SPGs than our own.
Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences
General
We offer you the ability to automatically review and change the information you submit to us by logging into the site and entering in the new information yourself. You can change your e-mail address, contact information, and other preferences by going to the "Update My User Information" section in "My Profile". We ask that you promptly update your information if it changes.
New categories of marketing communications may be added to the Manage E-mail Subscriptions page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from any or all categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.
Certain communications from Immotech, such as service announcements and administrative messages are considered part of Immotech's membership and you may not opt out of receiving them.
Upon your request, we will deactivate your account from our active databases to prevent your information from being shared. To make this request, e-mail info@8197771000.com. Such information will be deactivated as soon as reasonably possible based on your account activity and in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law.
Please be aware that we will retain in our files information you have requested to remove in some circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our User Agreement. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored "back-up" systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests.
How do I remove myself from Immotech's mailing list?
If you are registered for Immotech's service, you will receive e-mails from time to time with informative messages about third-party products and services Immotech believes may be of interest to you.
Should you decide you no longer want to receive these special offers, it is possible to unsubscribe from these e-mails by clicking on the "My Profile" link at the top of each page of your personal site and selecting "Manage E-mail Subscriptions".
Security
Immotech employs sophisticated security measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including firewalls and Secure Socket Layers.
Immotech limits access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
Immotech treats data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. Although we employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.
Immotech will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the security of your personal information. However, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made secure. Immotech assumes no liability for disclosure of data due to errors in transmission or unauthorized third parties.
Third Party Policies
Please note that we do not control the privacy policies of our advertisers and other third-party sites to which we provide banner ads and links.
If you click on a banner ad or link and submit your information to an advertiser or other third party, you will be subject to that party's own privacy policies. Immotech assumes no responsibility or liability for these third-party policies or the actions of non-affiliated third parties.
Immotech Tell-a-Friend Policies
If you elect to use our referral service to inform a friend about our site, we ask you for your friend's name and e-mail address. Immotech will automatically send the friend up to three e-mails inviting them to visit the site.
Immotech stores this information for the sole purpose of sending these invitations and tracking the success of our referral program.
